Michael earned a BA from SUNY Stonybrook and an MBA from the University of West Florida in Pensacola.
He has lived on the east coast of Florida, the panhandle and currently the Sarasota - Bradenton area since 1998.
As a full time Realtor Michael has extensive knowledge of the Florida Real Estate market including locations, value and property types. He specializes in the sale of new and existing homes and has worked with international, national and local clients. He has constantly shown the ability to satisfy clients in the buying and selling of their homes.
Michael specializes in getting to know his clients personally and taking time to work on their timetables and always exceeding their Real Estate expectations. Michael has experience in commercial and residential Real Estate, he now works exclusively with residential sellers and buyers.
Prior to Keller Williams:
Michael worked with a management services company in the long term care industry providing non medical operating services primarily in the eastern and southern United States. He was responsible for training, sales, marketing, operational support, customer relations and quality control.
After the management company experience Michael took a position as an operations manager / systems administrator for a clinic services organization. Michael’s responsibilities included database management, technical support, training, scheduling and patient relations.
This experience has given him the sales, marketing, technical and customer service skills he demonstrates today
